Terms and Conditions

You ("Referral Partner") confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement with Xulon Press, Inc. Xulon Press has the right to decline an application to join this program, or to cancel your membership at any time for any reason. Xulon Press may discontinue this program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income that you may incur. Referrals will only be accepted if submitted via the referral web form provided in your account and coded to your referral account Id. Xulon Press may decline a referral at any time without giving a reason. You must not represent that you are acting on behalf of Xulon Press or that you have the authority to enter into any agreement on behalf of Xulon Press. Referral Partner must submit accurate information and have approval from the referral source before submitting their contact information. Xulon Press will pay you a referral fee of $100.00 for each referral's first publishing package purchased but not their subsequent orders. Referral refunds and credits will be subtracted from the revenue applied to the referral commission calculation. Xulon Press may change these terms and conditions at any time.
