LONGWOOD, FL--There is only one highest truth, supreme value, or greatest good in every social issue or ethnical decision man is confronted with; everything else is compromise, deceit, or hypocrisy. Absolutes from God are the very foundation of all truth, while substitutes are the foundation of all deceit. Such is the theme found within the pages of Xulon Press author Ferd L. Wagner's new release, Most Evil Is Done by Good People Who Do Not Know That They Are Not Good ($25.99, paperback, 978-1-60957-101-6). Within the pages of this book, the author will show readers that Christian truth is the basis for all answers to social issues and that there are not two opposing but equal answers within Christian truth that are equally valid and equally acceptable to God.

"[I hope readers will] consider the argument that our frame of reference for discerning right and wrong, good and bad, and all valid truth should always flow from the context of Scripture, and when it does not, it inevitably evolves into a human debate about whose truth or what source of authority should be used as our primary frame of reference in our decision-making and legal process," the author says.

Wagner says his book was written over a 10-year period using Christian commentaries; the ideas of reformed Christian theologians; the works of C.S. Lewis, Charles Spurgeon, John Calvin, and R.C. Sproul; and his own study of Scripture. It was his father, a retired United Methodist minister, who inspired him to passionately pursue Christian truth.
