LONGWOOD, FL--The words of the forefathers of the past speak clearly into the present day, and the words of the fathers of this generation--whether they want to participate or not--will speak even louder into the future. In the words of Albert Einstein, "It had become appallingly clear that our technology has surpassed our humanity. I hope that some day, our humanity just might surpass our technology." That day can be now. With the help of the Word of God, people can be steered to a solid foundation, Rev. Prell Madlock says in his new Xulon Press title, The Hip-Hop Kingdom Upclose and Revealed: The Micro-Wave Generation ($10.99, paperback, 978-1-60957-054-5).

"My hope is this book will guide someone to Jesus," the author says. "That is why I spend time defining key words. Starting with the word 'Word,' the Bible describes Jesus as the Word of God, and Jesus the Word--being the author and finisher of our faith--may be in us all."

Madlock, a member of Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park, Illinois, says that his book is a great addition to any library. He wrote his book for all the people who still have the hunger and thirst to search for the true and righteous kingdom of God. "All artists--for the music artists, for the hip-hop artists, if you are ever going to be found in this world, if you are ever going to find your purpose in this life, you must first find yourself in the Word of God," he explains.
