LONGWOOD, FL - Author Glenn Deewewu delivers his personal perspective on leadership in Becoming a Salt & Light Leader. Stating that being a Salt Light Leader is a gift, and great leaders understand the importance of enhancing their leadership skills for the benefit of those they lead. There are nine leadership principals Deezewu believes will build leadership skills. She incorporates my many years of leadership experience and biblical scriptures in the nine principals.
Salt Light Leadership provides a combination of the solid leadership principles he states; I learned through years of business. My book incorporates a combination of the solid leadership principles I learned through years of business experience and scriptural principles. Deezewu
believes the best definition of leadership is "courageously modeling and thereby inspiring others to become their best selves" and that means leadership is about people, and therefore a moral exercise. She also believes that there is a lack of leadership, especially moral-based leadership, in our world today.
Glen Deezewu has been a student of leadership most his life, and have a wealth of leadership experience. In addition to my 37 years of leadership roles with Northwestern Mutual, ranging from leading a sales team to being a Vice President at the corporate level.
