Rosa E. Padillia was born in El Salvador. She came to the United States of America in 1973 and worked as a housekeeper for a few years. After a few years she graduated from college as a registered nurse. She worked in an acute hospital for several years as a medical surgical nurse.  Currently she works as a Registered Nurse Case Manager in an Acute Hospital. She remarried her husband for the second time.
