MAITLAND, FL— Within the pages of Joseph L. Thomas’s new book, Lessons That Live ($14.99, paperback, 978-1-61996-014-5; $7.49, eBook, 978-1-61996-015-2), readers will find lessons that challenge the popular false teachings used in churches across America; they are non-denominational and they emphasize the power of the Holy Spirit, the new covenant and the church as the new body of Christ, which helps His full ministry continue. Thomas provides lessons that are pertinent not only for those seeking a relationship with the Lord for the first time, but also for those who desire to revitalize their relationship. He presents the Bible in such a way that clearly explains the new covenant and how it affects the daily walk of all Christians.

“[This book] presents the new covenant as the full truth that can liberate from sin and religious bondage to reach the glorious liberty of the sons of God,” Thomas expresses. “The full ministry of the Holy Spirit must be present, [including] the power, the gifts and the fruit, in order to receive the full ministry of the Messiah.”

Joseph L. Thomas received Chaplain training for the United States Navy at Mercer University and Princeton Seminary and graduated from Southwestern Baptist Seminary with a Master’s degree. He has served as a pastor for over thirty-five years. Thomas currently spends his days mentoring men, attending three men’s groups, serving in intercessory prayer and visiting various churches.
