MAITLAND, FL The purpose of Lucie Poirier’s new book, Dance for A Harvest ($15.99, paperback, 978-1-61996-404-4; $25.99, hardcover, 978-1-61996-405-1; $7.99, e-book, 978-1-61996-4-068) is to show what dance is really all about. The author states that the world has been deceived in the area of music and dance. This deception’s main source is worldly music, which usually carries a perverted and twisted message (of violence, sex, ecstasy of drugs, depression, etc.).

I hope dancers get a glimpse of how important the dance is in the kingdom,” states the author. “It calls forth the anointing that is in the dancer. It provokes them to reset their thermostat and move on. It emphasizes that the anointing of the dance must be respected in order for fruit to come forth in this season. The dancer is challenged to find themselves and their season.

Minister Lucie Poirier is an advisor to dance leaders, dance ministries and dancers. Her background came from the club scene, but she eventually became a worshiper. She holds annual conferences, travel to international lands, and has formed the organization DFTEH.
