David Wesley Ofumbi is the team Leader of Leadership Development Initiative Africa (Leadia), an indigenous leadership development ministry based in Uganda. The author has trained over 500 leaders across East Africa for 10 years. He has completed a graduate and post graduate master degrees and currently pursuing post graduate studies in development and leadership.
