Eric has a Bachelor degree from Baylor University, a Master’s from Truett Theological Seminary, a Doctorate from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary (published dissertation focused on character-based leadership formation in the local church), and an honorary Doctorate from the National Evangelical Seminary in Havana, Cuba.
