practice is done in order to change what the verse originally meant, in the
interest of supporting false doctrines.

At age fifty-four, Andrew Manthe has a degree in religion from Pacific Union College located in California’s Napa Valley. Manthe has completed beginning studies in two biblical languages: Hebrew and Greek. He has twenty-five years of experience in giving Bible studies to both individuals and groups of people. He serves as a part-time lay preacher. The author has a passion for interpreting verses and passages in Scripture with reference to the surrounding textual perspective.
