MAITLAND, FL— James A. Durham’s new book, Beyond the Ancient Door ($16.99, paperback, 978-1-62230-773-9; $8.49, e-book, 978-1-62230-774-6) provides keys to the principles of the kingdom of God, which will set readers free to visit the Lord in the Third Heaven. The author is drawing his audience to seek a deeper realm than they have before, in God’s presence.

“I want to assure all believers who are willing that God wants them to meet Him in the secret place so that He can equip them to do kingdom business on Earth,” states the author. “In these days which seem filled with economic troubles, worldwide conflicts, and natural disasters, people need a good word from the Lord which will give them hope and a belief in the future.”

After serving almost thirty years as an active duty army Chaplain, James A. Durham retired at the rank of Colonel. Before and after his military service, he was a pastor and church planter for more than thirteen years. In 2010, James and his wife, Gloria, moved to Columbia, South Carolina in order to write books, teach seminars, and mentor many spiritual sons and daughters around the world. James is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology; Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas with a Master’s degree in Theology, and the US Army Command and General Staff College.
