MAITLAND, FL— Within the pages of Bill Stacey’s new book, This Story Is Far From Over ($18.99, paperback, 978-1-62419-471-9; $28.99, hardcover, 978-1-62419-472-6; $9.49, e-book, 978-1-62419-473-3) the author relates his own story of tragedy and overcoming seemingly impossible trials. Stacey expresses, “God’s Word is refreshing and through it I realized God held, carried, and comforted me during some very dark and difficult days.” God has always been, and continues to be, faithful throughout this time in his life.

“My book is newsworthy because it is everyday life,” states the author. “Within the pages are transparent emotions of a healthy family unit as they adjust to the terminal diagnosis and eventual death of the wife and mother, which was largely responsible for the family maintaining its balance.” Notably, “This Story Is Far From Over” received first place in its genre of marriage, in the 2012 Christian Choice Book Awards.

Bill Stacey is currently Senior Pastor of Indian Creek Baptist Church of Carnesville, Georgia and has served three other Georgia Baptist churches during his 34-year ministry. He has led international mission teams and participated in gospel presentations through singing, preaching, teaching, or disaster relief to more than ten countries and four continents. In his personal life, he met the late Nancy Adams Stacey and their marriage produced three daughters: Ashley, Jessica, and Andrea. Stacey enjoys giving himself away through encouragement to others through interpersonal relationship building.
