MAITLAND, FL— Within the pages of Joanna Modupe Ibiwoye’s new book, I AM SAMUEL: AN AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF PROPHET SAMUEL ($10.99, paperback, 978-1-62509-937-2; $5.99, e-book, 978-1-62509-938-9) is a spiritually refreshing, wonderfully unique autobiography of the Prophet Samuel. The overarching theme on parenting conveys to readers the principles that escape most people in modern times in many nations, where good parenting is a distant memory.

“[This] is a wonderfully unique book which gives a whole new meaning to the life and times of Samuel, bringing the Bible to life and showing readers that God is just as near and relevant to us as he was to the great Bible characters when they were alive,” states the author. “It is a book loaded with useful lessons for children as well as adults, parents, pastors and Bible teachers.”

Mrs. Joanna Modupe Ibiwoye trained as an early years and infant (now called “foundation” and “key stage one”) teacher at the College of All Saints, Tottenham, London. She later completed her first degree and Master’s of Education at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, Nigeria in 1975 and 1980, respectively. Ibiwoye is a Christian and has been walking consistently with God for over five decades. She has, by the grace of God, raised godly children. She is a Sunday school teacher, child mentor and counselor of parents and youths. She is currently the minister of the children’s ministry at London and Basildon Branches of Triumphant Church International and currently runs a weekly Bible club for the children in her community.
