MAITLAND, FL— Rev. Dr. Charles M. Holsey, Jr.’s new book, A Physical Examination of the 21st Century Church: A Medical Analogy ($9.99, paperback, 9781625094971; $4.99, e-book, 9781625094988) is a creative, literary work that relates and compares sickness in the Church to sickness in the body. Like human beings, churches are subjected to illness and therefore, churches too, must undergo physical examinations in order to prevent, manage, or treat disorders affecting them. The author cleverly establishes a simple parallel that any reader can understand.

“The book is extremely unique, in that, it is not your typical Christian book,” states the author. “It makes one wonder as to whether or not churches being the body of Christ suffer from infirmities in the 21st Century.”
