MAITLAND, FL— An unconventional take on Christian literature, Patty Sadallah’s new book, Clips that Move Mountains ($15.49, paperback, 9781628392357) delivers a riveting, multimedia experience to its reader. Within the book, readers will encounter Jesus Christ of the Bible. Step-by-step, the author guides the reader in allowing Jesus to transform and equip him or her to live the abundant Christian life that God intended. The author shares, “This unique Scripture-rich book includes twenty-three short clips from feature films and sermon illustration mini-movies…” plus true testimonies of the miraculous happening to ordinary people in the 21st century, who gained access to God’s plan and power for them.

According to the Pew Foundation, 79% of Americans identify themselves and Christian. According to the Barta Research Institute, 72% of publicly professed Christians don’t know how to live out their faith in today’s culture. “Most Christians have a limited view of God and without realizing it, they live lives that are well below God’s perfect plans for them,” states the author. “‘Clips that Move Mountains’ allows the reader to explore biblically-based answers to life’s toughest questions like: ‘is it logical to follow Jesus? How can I hear God’s voice? How can I find forgiveness? How can I live my faith in today’s culture? And, what is my purpose and calling?’ …It reaches them with the entertainment media of film.”

Patty Sadallah had been writing an Honoring God video blog for about a year when God gave her the assignment to write Clips that Move Mountains. It was the clearest calling she had ever experienced. God selected the clips and inspired her to write about each one. She exclaims, “I knew that a clip was supposed to be in the book when God would inspire me with the words to write about it. Sometimes these inspirations would come at 2:00AM!” She has a Master’s Degree in organization development from American University and thirty years of experience in facilitating planning retreats for nonprofits and faith-based organizations. She also enjoys helping people find their callings. She can be called upon to present on any area of the book or to custom design a Bible study related to the concepts in the book.
