MAITLAND, FL— Within the pages of Susan Safrit’s new book, Paw Prints: Imprinting Into the Lives of Others ($12.99, paperback, 9781628712339; $6.99, e-book, 9781628712346) the author shares personal narratives about her dogs, and reveals a Biblical truth that goes along with each story. Readers will uniquely examine themes of kindness, servanthood, healing, individual gifts, and more. Most notably, this collection of inspirational stories demonstrates how the love of God and our love for each other can leave “paw prints” behind us.

“Wherever we are, we are never too far from God for Him to leave a mark on our lives—or for us to seize the opportunity to leave one with someone else!” states the author. “My desire is for the reader to walk away with a closer relationship to God. I believe that loving God is our purpose in life, and [that] loving others is an extension of loving God.”

Susan Safrit has been a Christian for thirty-seven years. During those years, she has studied God’s Word, taken many church courses on discipleship, and led Bible studies in her home and at church. Susan has held leadership positions in the church, and has participated in many meaningful worship times with the Lord. She is also a wife that has been married thirty-two years. The author is a mom to three grown children and three grandchildren. Susan Safrit earned her B.A. degree in elementary education at Catawba College. She loves working with children, and believes that God loves His children. She credits God for teaching her the lessons that she passes along in the book. Dogs and cats have been in Susan’s family for over seventeen years. She draws upon the stories of the dogs and events that took place in her personal life.
