She has a Bachelor’s degree in business management, and a Master’s degree in public administration. She has learned, observed, and heard a lot of things related to “training” children through the years, and decided that maybe she could help new parents and maybe some who were already parents. Some of the things she heard came from her mother, her grandmother, books, and from new and inexperienced mothers, like her, who shared what they had learned.
