MAITLAND, FL— Michael Ore’s new book, Personal Psalms: A year of reflection... ($11.99, paperback, 9781498420310; $5.99, e-book, 9781498421515) captures the struggles and victories that the author has experienced in one year’s time, while learning to walk with God. Michael’s hope is that his work would serve as an example to readers for various reasons, including learning to let go. The message that all things are possible with God resounds with every psalm, and serves to reassure readers who are enduring many trials.

“This book captures a year of questions, struggles, insights, lessons, and victories, as well as a driving desire to pass on what I have learned during my walk with God,” states the author. “‘Personal Psalms’ captures these experiences in poetry, which will hopefully bring the reader back to a place and a time for the sole purpose of remembering what it was like to learn that specific lesson.”

Michael Ore is a full-time soldier working for the Ohio Army National Guard, and he is also a paid part-time police officer for the City of Gahanna. He has served in uniform for thirty-four years, moving up in rank from private to colonel, and he has served for nine years as a police officer. This book captures the struggles and victories he experienced while learning to walk with God. This book is dedicated to his wife, Deana.
