Christianne Ashton Henderson married her husband, Lester, after her sophomore year at Huntington College. After graduating in 1963, she began teaching English and French in the public school system. After retiring in 2008, she continued to realize God’s purpose for her and began spending more time with her eight grandchildren and her great grandchild. She is committed to attending her church, St. James UMC in Montgomery, Alabama. The author has studied the Word for several years and feels as though Jesus is speaking through her so that she may inspire others to grow in their relationships with Him.
