Ellen Carey grew up in western New York on a big farm, in a big house, with a big family – and loved every minute of rural living. Through the wonderful care of her parents, she learned about the love of Jesus, and as a little girl, invited Him into her heart. She married James Carey in 1959 and for the next 38 years, lived on a dairy farm just two miles away from the farm where she was born. She currently lives in Sun City, Arizona. She is the mother of three children, a grandmother of eight and a great grandmother of five. She firmly believes that faith and family are an unbeatable combination.
