MAITLAND, FL— Sharon M. Harris’s new book, Exposing the Pain – My Path To Freedom, ($12.99, paperback, 9781498424905; $6.99, e-book, 9781498424912) tells her inspirational life story of faith, courage and healing – an empowering story that is nothing less than a miracle. She was born in the inner city of South Central, Los Angeles, living with a drug dealer and the mother of 2 children by age 14. Her young life was filled with abuse, neglect, and violence. She was kidnapped at gunpoint, and she called on the name of Jesus for the very first time; October 19th 1983. After receiving Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, she was filled with the Holy Spirit, equipping her to answer the call to worldwide evangelism. Thus began the journey that miraculously transformed her life forever. Harris stresses that a person’s identification is not found in a dysfunctional and painful past but a glorious today that Jesus Christ has provided. Just as she relates that the “old Sharon” has been crucified with Christ, the “new Sharon” has risen with power and authority to accomplish any task and fulfill her destiny. She wants all readers to know they can rise to a new level and enjoy an abundant life every day. Her testimony is her reader’s victory!

I want my readers to be empowered with HOPE because HOPE sees the INVISIBLE, HOPE feels the INTANGIBLE, and HOPE ACHIEVES THE IMPOSSIBLE,” states the author.
