MAITLAND, FL— Josefa Yris Mireles’s new book, Un Grano De Mostaza, ($14.99, paperback, 9781498480086; $7.99, e-book, 9781498480093) was written to orient or evangelize people who have difficulties in understanding God's message. Each of the author’s poems and songs provide words of encouragement – and shares the truth of who Jesus Christ really is, and how He operates in each person. She wants readers to believe in the Son of God as little as a “grain of a mustard seed.”  She tells readers to give Him the permission to live inside of them so they can taste His Glory.

Un Grano De Mostaza is a genuine, inspirational book with poems and songs written in Spanish. Her stories are true and come from a transformed woman in Christ

These are horrible times – a new generation of violence,” states the author. “We need to remember from where we came from and not take our lives for granted. My book of poems is trying to help the readers to experience joy, and create a conscience of our steps while we walk the short time here on earth. We need to evaluate life as God intended, leaving to collect the treasures that in heaven awaits us, no revenge, no tears.”

In 2005, Josefa Yris Mireles was very ill. She was unable to walk. She was scheduled to have surgery at NYU Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She did not know the Lord Jesus at the time. She was living a life of shame. On the day of surgery, she felt lost and with no hope. She believed that she did not deserve God's compassion. Needing God's forgiveness, she confessed her repentance of her wrong doing to Jesus Christ. She knew that His love was above expectation. According to Josefa, at that moment, the room started to shine in response to her prayer. She felt peace and the surgery was a success.
