MAITLAND, FL— Both Ronald Reagan and Donald
Trump provided political shock and awe when they were elected as President of
the United States and Kevin J. O’Brien’s new book, The Rogue Effect, ($13.99,
paperback, 9781545608890; $6.99, e-book, 9781545608906) is
a stimulating political journey that details the similarities and differences
in both Reagan and Trump’s Asuncion to presidency. O’Brien, a retired U.S.
Naval Officer, exposes interesting facts of the issues at hand in today’s
society as well as the mood of the country both before and after the 2016
election. Readers will also find thoughtful recommendations for improvement
that effect the people of the United States.
“With the left
looking to discredit the 2016 Presidential election, it’s time for the
conservative party to push back—both intellectually and factually—against false
news, rhetoric and tactics employed by those who would attempt to stop the
agenda that was voted for by the majority of the electoral college,” the author
states. “This book calls attention to potential avenues of such tactics and the
liberal parties attempt to implement resistance and obstruction to the
conservative agenda to be carried out by the President of the United States.”
Kevin J. O’Brien is
a medically retired U.S. Naval Officer, who served almost 20 years in the U.S.
Air Force as an Airman and Naval Officer in Active Duty Reserves and Inactive
Reserves. O’Brien graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a
bachelor’s of science degree in History and Political Science. He and his wife,
Sarah, currently live in Sheboygan, WI.
