How Do I Place a Book Order?
When can I place my first book order?
After you’ve received your FREE paperback books and carefully looked them over, we would be glad to place your first book order. Under no circumstances can we place a book order before that time. Please do not schedule promotional events for your book until after you’ve received your free copies. Unanticipated delays are possible.
When do I pay for my order?
All book orders are paid in advance. To place your order we will need your credit card billing and shipping address. Orders paid by credit card, or cashier’s check are placed immediately. Orders paid by wire transfer or personal check are placed when funds are received by Xulon Press (4-5 business days). We accept all major credit cards. Contact Us
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Typically from the day you place and pay for your order, we use our lightning-fast systems to print paperback books in 1 to 3 business days. Hardcover editions are printed in 10 to 12 business days. Books are shipped via UPS, so please allow 2 to 5 days for delivery after your books are printed. Orders of over 500 books may be shipped via a freight company and may take an additional week. Your Book Sales Representative can provide you with tracking information once your order is placed.
Are the books I order returnable?
No. Our books are printed to order. They are returnable in cases of verified printer error only. Such returns must be pre-approved by your Book Sales Representative within 3 business days of the receipt of your order. Please do not ship the books back to us until you speak with your Book Sales Representative who will be glad to outline the review, return, and replacement procedures if applicable. Important: Cover color may vary between print runs. Books with color variance cannot be replaced.
May I order books online or by calling your 24/7 order line?
No. Authors should contact their Book Sales Representative, by telephone or by e-mail, to place a book order. This is so we can give you the appropriate discount and shipping information. Please do not email credit card information—your Book Sales Representative will call you the first business day following your order to get that information. Your orders are only processed during business hours (8:30 am – 5:30 pm, EST). Contact Us
Am I paid royalties on the books I purchase?
No. You are paid royalties on all copies sold to bookstores, libraries, and online. You do not receive royalties for copies you purchase.

Xulon Press gives you huge wholesale discounts on your book. Your book is printed on-demand, lightning-fast, in any quantity. There is no minimum order quantity. Paperback books are shipping in 3 to 4 days, hardcover editions are printed in 10 to 15 days. To calculate the cost of your book, refer to the RETAIL PRICE CHART and DISCOUNT CHART below, insert the appropriate numbers, and click CALCULATE. Shipping costs are additional and are charged at the current UPS rates.
