There is an old adage in book publishing: You can’t judge a book by it’s cover, but you sure can sell 'em that way! Our award-winning book designers will custom-create a marketable cover design for your book. If you have ideas or suggestions, please let us know. Layout and composition

We’ll take your WORD file and professionally compose and typeset the interior of your book. It will look just like the books you see in bookstores and libraries. You’ll get a chance to see our work and give your final approval before it goes to press. Click here for examples.

FREE paperback copies

You get 5 FREE paperback copies upon publication. If you also publish your book in a hardcover edition, you will still receive 5 FREE paperback copies. Then you can order copies, on-demand, whenever you need them. Remember we can print and ship books in 48 hours!

High-quality acid free paper and laminated book covers

All Xulon Press books are printed on acid free paper that will last for the life of a book. We use library-quality stock with permanent adhesive bindings. Our book covers are printed on a heavy, laminated stock. Our books are printed on-demand, which means there can be slight variances in color from printing to printing – but not enough for most people to notice.

Your book ready in 90 days

Under most circumstances we can get your book off-press in less than 90 days! There may be delays – especially if you desire to make changes to your manuscript after you submit it to Xulon Press. But we are happy to say that 90% of our books are ready for publication in less than 90 days.

Your choice of binding style and trim size

Your wish is our command! We can publish your book in paperback, hardcover, or both. You choose from the following trim sizes:

Lightning-fast printing and drop-shipment of book orders

ISBN number

We’ll work with the ISBN Agency to acquire and assign a unique ISBN number to your book. This means your book will be distribution ready – but you still retain 100% of the rights. When your book has an ISBN number, it will be searchable and orderable.

Nonexclusive contract means you keep 100% of the rights

You worked hard to write your book, so don’t give your rights away! While many publishers insist that you give up your rights, Xulon Press lets you keep them. You can take your book to another publisher at anytime, for any reason. No questions asked. Just let us know in writing. We are happy to report many Xulon authors have been acquired by large NY publishing houses!
