Author Profile
Ogweno, a teacher by profession, holds a Bachelor of Education degree (Moi University—Kenya) and M.Phil. degree in mass communication and media studies (University of Bergen—Norway).Though he grew up in a religious environment, it was not until his second year at the university that he accepted Christ as his personal Saviour. He then quickly realised the difference between religion and a relationship with the Saviour. Before going abroad, Ogweno was actively involved in students' evangelism in Kenya. Ogweno resides in Norway where he has been a member of the leadership committee of an international students' fellowship (1993–2004). His background as a trained teacher and "communicationist" makes him an authentic writer, speaker, and teacher of the Word of God. He is married to Laura Caroline and they have two sons—Victor and Jim-Jif— and a daughter—Baraka.
