Attica: A Survivors Story is a true account of the life of a unique man who lived part of his life in one of the toughest prisons in the country during a very difficult time in our nation's history. The main character, "Eddie" spent time in Attica and other prisons. The miracle is Eddie is now living a very productive life as mighty warrior and advocate for Jesus Christ. Although Eddie spent a lot of time in prison, in his latter years he has spent more time serving God as a champion against violence, illegal drugs, and alcohol. This story explores what prison ministry experience is like for both, the prisoners and the people on the mission team. Many miracles are seen during this weekend. Throughout the book Eddie reveals his story and explains what he experienced before, during, and after his time spent at Attica. Readers are welcome to turn the pages and have a front seat in this journey. May reading the words in these pages captivate all as Eddie reveals his incredible testimony throughout this book.
Author Profile
Dr. John Michael Domino has served in the Kairos Prison Ministry for over five years. He was called by God to be a team member in this ministry. An educator by trade, John has written and published books for the Air Force Academy titled Strategies for Academic Success. He served in the Air Force for twenty-four years, and he and his wife, Liz, are now both retired majors. Dr. Domino is currently employed at Florida Gulf Coast University as an academic retention specialist. His recent book about the blessings of prison ministry, “Can’t Wait to Go Back to Prison” was also published by Xulon Press.
