This book encourages the reader to identify pragmatic responses they enact when faced with situational challenges, and proceed to deal with the reality of themselves, with the assurance and victory that situations they are experiencing have been overcome by others in life. This book will engage the reader to embark upon a journey so pristine, it will cause them to step into the creation God intricately sculpted for women to embrace as their purpose for living and their purpose for deciding to give life another chance.
Author Profile
WILVENA MCDOWELL-DOVE is a California native currently residing in North Carolina. She’s dedicated to inspiring youth nationwide by traveling the country as a motivational speaker at educational seminars, workshops and college fairs to educate students in preparation for their collegiate studies. With a B.S. in Mass Communications from North Carolina A&T State University and current work on her Masters in Communication Studies from UNC-Greensboro, she uses her education to work as an admissions liaison for the University of North Carolina School Systems comprised of 16 campuses. Her literary works include an except in I’ll Be Home for Christmas (2005), and an article on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (2004), featured on Lunch-Money.com college website. Wilvena had the opportunity to sing and work with Grammy-winning, recording-artist, Shirley Caesar on her album “I know the Truth”, singing with her church choir Voices of Restoration. She teaches Sunday School and performs liturgical dance.
