ALLEN COLBERT, SR. has formerly served as Associate Pastor of a church in Durham, NC as well as pastor of Ridley Temple Church of God in Christ in Delray Beach, FL. He currently serves as Associate Elder and Administrative Assistant to the pastor at Williams Temple Church of God in Christ in Gainesville, FL. He currently also serves as secretary to the Jurisdiction Ordination Board and is a Senior Advisor to the Jurisdiction Men s Ministry. He also teaches Sunday School and mid-week Bible class. He is a retired engineer and formerly sang with the Mighty Traveling Echoes, a gospel singing group of Newburgh, NY. Allen was born and raised in Crescent City, FL where he met and married Jane Carol Smith. They have been married for 40 years and are the parents of 5 children.
