Bev takes you on a journey through her life that was far
from a fairy tale. She shares her compelling story of how one can overcome any
hardship, how as a child she was spoken to negatively about whom she would
become. This is her story of courage in becoming so much more than anyone ever
thought she would be.
Refusing to believe any limitations set before her Bev
speaks of an unexpected strength in the darkest of situations. Bev shares
strength not common to most, and a will that would not be broken in any
circumstance.
Not letting life dictate her happiness or success is part of
her story of hope that will inspire anyone who has experienced a less than
perfect childhood. A heart-wrenching tale of abuse and devastation followed by
the strength from God who loves us beyond what any person can. She proves
through her own life that no matter the circumstances, you can rise above it
all with the power of Jesus’ love.
Part of her story is how a simple mentor, a Veterinarian,
changed her life by giving her the skills she needed to fulfill her dream of
working with Man’s Best Friend.
As a child, Bev was always told she would never become anything worthwhile, yet she went on to earn her Masters in Animal Science, doing what she loves best – working with animals in all ways imaginable.
Today Bev works at an Animal Hospital as a Certified Veterinary Technician, and enjoys showing her two miniature poodles “Winston” (pictured) and “Stuart” in obedience. Bev lives in Scandia, MN with her husband Charlie.
