Deborah Brinkley is the wife of Franklin Brinkley, a Vietnam Purple Heart Recipient who has suffered with PTSD.  They have been married for forty-seven years.  She is the mother of two daughters, Keshia and Yvette, the grandmother of three wonderful grandchildren whom she adores, Carissa, Kamryn, and Jayden, and the mother-in-law of a wonderful son-in-law, Jahi.
Deborah resides in Dover, Delaware, and she travels extensively with her husband.  She believes that God has created this beautiful world for her to see and enjoy.
She is a retired elementary education school teacher of thirty-two years, a Minister of the Gospel for over thirty years, an entrepreneur for nine years, and a motivational speaker.  Her passion is rebuilding torn lives.  As such, she ministers to the whole person, spirit, soul, and body.  She encourages others to reach for a life that is really worth living and make the most of every minute in spite of the difficulties encountered along the paths of our journeys.
Her daily prayer is from Deuteronomy 11:21 “Lord teach me how to truly live the life of Heaven on earth”.  Her favorite scripture is Philippians 3:10 (King James Version) “That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death”.
