This book chronicles a journey of a patient and her advocate through a problematic health care system while dealing with a life-threatening illness. After reading It’s Not Over ‘Til God Says It’s Over, you will be compelled to question medical decisions you believe to be incorrect, confusing, or detrimental to you or a loved one. It might even save a life.
CF Anderson is a wife, mother, and daughter who gained extensive experience as a caregiver. She spent 25 years as a 9-1-1 dispatcher in a large metropolitan area; many of those years included training dispatchers and other public safety personnel. Anderson was a paid-on-call firefighter and first responder for six years, which included fighting fires and educating the public about fire safety.
With her varied background, she gained the confidence needed to question decisions made by medical personnel. This knowledge, coupled with stubborn tenacity, served her well when her mother was diagnosed with an advanced stage of cancer in November of 2010.
