A pastor for more than twenty years, Dr. Harley Howard is a firm believer and practitioner of a "whole Bible concept" of teaching and preaching God's Holy Word. He believes that exposition of the entire Bible is the only tool pastors should use to restore and mature the church to spiritual growth in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the host of the cable television program "What Saith the Scriptures?" in Southern and Northern California, and a radio program by the same name in Yulee, Florida. Dr. Howard has written and published commentaries on Acts and Hebrews (www.fotbc.org). He lives in Southern California with his wife and two daughters.
