Book Summary
How could God use me when I had so much work to do on myself? I'm not one of those people that is blessed with a speedy metabolism or good genes. Now that I'm in my 50's, it's a bit more challenging but not impossible. This is not another one of those diet, fitness or workout books. My guess is, this isn't the first self-help or fitness book you have picked up. Most of us know about basic nutrition and fitness but something is missing. We look to food to heal our wounds or give up on exercise because we don't see results immediately. Our bodies are the Temple of the Holy Spirit and therefore we are called to be a good steward of what God has entrusted us with. I want to help you make a complete transformation in your body, your health, and your spirit. It doesn't matter what kind of shape you are in right now. Never, ever give up on yourself.
