HOWARD NEWHARD is a former basketball team captain, a sailor, a CIA agent, a Georgetown Hoya, a bank manager, and a businessman. He has lived through the Great Depression,World War II, and the Marcos dictatorship in the Philippines. Howard is the American half of a Filipina- American marriage of 42 years. He has lived, worked and traveled throughout Asia for 30 years. Howard has four daughters and three grandchildren. He lives in Cape Coral, Florida.
