Author�s Bio Writing always came naturally for this visionary play writer. Her inspirational poems and short stories have brought laughter (and tears) to privileged eyes for over fifteen years. Thus, began a crusade of writing plays focused on issues plaguing America�s youth such as drugs, teen pregnancy, gang violence, peer pressure, and racial dismay. In 1998, she birthed Set Free Play Outreach focused on presenting the world�s destructive issues on-stage, while promoting God�s everlasting Word to audiences. �We must first recognize the seriousness of our internal scars that cause one to afflict and do sinister acts to another human-being, especially a child.� Arleen is a woman of virtue and acknowledges God for blessing her with many creative talents, despite physical limitations.
