Meet the author, Monty Van Horn. He is just an ordinary person. He is a son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, combat veteran, and a pastor. He is also a biker, hunter, mechanic, outdoorsman, your neighbor, a friend, and again, just an ordinary person. Monty spent 12 years in the Army and felt called to leave the military to pursue ordination as a pastor so he could return to the military as a chaplain.
