Dr. Charles L. Tullis is a graduate of Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry), Liberty University (Master of Arts in Counseling), Columbus State University (Master of Science in Community Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy), and Luther Rice Seminary (Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Ministry). Dr. Tullis also possesses an extensive background in counseling. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) endorsed by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). Dr. Tullis has pastored congregations and practiced counseling in Korea, Germany, Holland, Macedonia and in various locations throughout the United States during a span of thirty years of ministry. Dr. Tullis is married to the former Patricia Ann Patterson of Jacksonville, Florida. She is affectionately referred to as Mrs. Patty. They have two children and five grandchildren.
