Dear Parents,
It is our responsibility to fulfill Proverbs 22:6 “Train a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not turn from it.” We need to train our children in our homes and not solely rely on teachers to be the only Christian instruction that they receive. This book is an excellent resource for Christian parenting in today’s world. Our school-age children spend most of their time out of our supervision, with only teachers and other children to influence them. I created this book for children to inform them that they can call on Jesus anytime, anyplace and in any situation, and that Jesus is the way to God.
I have designed this book for a child’s everyday life. It will instill in them, at an early age, the ability to apply the word of God in their lives, which will bring forth His help and promise. I have modeled this over my own children’s lives, and although it is geared toward elementary school children, the principles they learn can be carried through to their adult years. This is a great tool for the Christian parent’s toolbox, and also for a child that has not come to know Jesus yet. My prayer is that children everywhere will benefit from the teaching of this book.
