Ordering Your Color Book
Once your color book is published, you may order copies in any quantity. Remember, your book is printed on-demand. We don't warehouse or stock copies of your color book. So when you place your order, we use our lightning-fast systems to print color books in 1-3 business days.
Payment is required at the time of your order. To get your order placed immediately, pay with credit card or cashier's check. We accept all major credit cards. Orders paid with personal checks or money orders will be held 10 business days after receipt. Wire transfer payment orders are released upon verification of receipt by our accounting department. You must contact your book sales representative for wire transfer instructions.
In addition to the cost to print your color books, we charge a shipping fee our press charges us, plus a handling fee of $1.50 per order. US customers: It may take UPS 7 to 10 business days to deliver your book.
Printing Problems and Return Procedure
Please report quality or quantity issues within three business days of receipt of the order to your Book Sales Representative who will be glad to outline the review, return, and replacement procedures if applicable. Please do not ship the books back to Xulon Press until you speak with your Author Service Representative. Please be prepared to return at least one book to Xulon Press. Also, be prepared to send to Xulon Press front and back covers for every book you would like replaced in case XulonÕs review determines the books are flawed due to printer error and that they should be replaced.
Important:Please keep in mind color may vary between print runs. Books with color variance cannot be replaced. (See your original agreement for more details on this).
