We aim to be professional, courteous and efficient in dealing with our authors. So we survey each and every Xulon Press author during and after the publishing process. Here are survey results over the past 12 months (these are actual statistics excerpted from our surveys):

• 98% say they found our website to be helpful and easy to use.
• 94% say we respond promptly to questions and/or concerns.
• 93% say our staff is knowledgeable and curteous.
• 97% say they were "very pleased" or "pleased" with the Xulon experience.
• Less than 1% say they would not recommend Xulon to other authors.
