LONGWOOD, FL-Violence among our nation's children is on the climb, and the U.S. court system is largely to blame for this miscreant behavior, says author Dr. Robert Edward Joseph Elsbury. His book, The Path to Judicial Insanity (paperback, 978-1-60266-168-4; hardcover, 978-1-60266-169-1), provides valuable insight into why these things are happening and documents his own experience with corruption within the system.
"God enabled me to write this book and expose these white-collar criminals," says Elsbury. "I have firsthand experience and the court documents to prove what I say is true. Corruption in the U.S. government affects the parent/child relationship."
Elsbury was arrested on April 22, 2003, and charged with parental child abduction for taking his daughter to Montana for Easter (in accordance with the terms of an Agreed Order). Officers of the court changed handwritten court orders and altered court transcripts to mask their own criminal behavior. Although the charges were dismissed after Elsbury's seven-month stint in a maximum security jail, the author quickly learned that God was his only source of hope and strength. Now he seeks to put his own experience to work for readers struggling to understand the meaning behind school shootings, drug abuse, promiscuity, and emotional and behavioral disorders. Elsbury believes the court system should mandate visitation, not abate it or impose obstacles to it. The only solution? To reunite the parent/child relationship.
Dr. Robert Elsbury has been a physician since 1997. He studied in France at the Universite de Savoie in Chambery. He studied chemistry at the University of Illinois, Chicago Circle Campus, before medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City.
