As a child, Green endured the physical and verbal abuse of three stepfathers, but instead of allowing their abuse to become a source of trauma, she decided to learn valuable lessons from it. She decided, for example, that she would never raise her children the same way, that she would not let smoking or drinking become a generational curse in her family, and that she would live a life for Christ alone and never allow a man to control her life. By turning over all her fears to God, she was delivered from the pain of the past and so can you too.
Sharon E. Green received her bachelor's degree in biblical studies and is presently working on her master's degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary College. She lives in Daytona Beach, Florida, with her husband, Tyrone.
