At a very young age Dudek was raped and molested, but she resisted telling her family. When she became an adult, she enrolled in counseling and soon began to feel a lightness she had not experienced in years due to sharing her story of sexual abuse. Now a "changed" woman, it is her desire to offer other women the same opportunity to tell their story and be transformed. "Hundreds of women have already been touched by the information in this book as it has been shared at retreats, workshops, and conferences," says Dudek. Rev. Wanda Dudek has pastored two churches and served as interim minister of a third. For 10 years she served as the executive director of A Better Choice Women's Center in Middletown, Connecticut.
