Author Credits Xulon with Strong Book Sales and Publicity
Jeanie Cline's Step into My Heart...and Back into Time is a compilation of fictional stories based on biblical teachings. The story, which takes place in the hills of Kennesaw, Georgia, and the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, received a fitting homecoming of sorts in Cline's native Lenoir, North Carolina, when the local newspaper published an interview with her. From there, Cline has been working nonstop to make her story a household name. Following a successful book signing at Wonderland Books, located near Lenoir, Cline has agreed to participate in two upcoming local book signings at Venti's Casa and Cornerstone Christian Bookstore. "I am very excited over the consistent book sales and publicity received from support of media coverage," says Cline. "I am diligently working on a second book, a Christian fiction novel. Praiseworthy Article Discusses Three R's of Local Couple's Book
Xulon authors and California natives Stephen and Ann Dunivent were dubbed the "Foothill Ranch couple" in a recent article by Theresa Walker of The Orange County Register, which documented their most recent book, From Generation to Generation. The article provides an adequate summary of their book and says, "Stephen and Ann Dunivent believe in the three R's when it comes to raising children: Respect. Responsibility. Responsiveness. The Foothill Ranch couple, who have four teenagers, have written a parenting book based on those three R's and the strong religious faith that is their family's foundation." The article continues by announcing the Dunivents' upcoming book signing at a local Barnes & Noble and raves that "God has been their guide and inspiration." Article on Author's Book Makes the Rounds in Texas
Cara L. Whedbee, Ph.D., is certainly familiar with games, having written the book on the epitome of the point system in female relationships. Now, The Point System: The Game Every Woman Plays and Loses! is racking up extra points via local outlets. A copy of the author's press release-reprinted in article format-circulated in her local paper recently, complete with a featured picture of the book cover. Additionally, during the two months since her website's launch, she has received more than 3500 hits even before the book was released to the public. Her church bookstore, Second Baptist Bookstore, will stock the book and has already requested a book signing. |

Autobiography Strikes a Cord with Locals in Bradenton, Fla.
A true story, Ralph Walls' Flowers in the Crags tells the heart-wrenching tale of four individuals whose lives were bound by the fateful tragedy of the TWA flight 800 crash. An article by Tiffany St. Martin, titled "Book Celebrates Beauty Emerging from Tragedy," was recently featured in the local Lakewood Ranch Herald. The journey encompasses the lives of Walls and his late wife, Jeanie, who succumbed to ovarian cancer in 1997, as well as Betty Miller and her late husband, Gid, whose day planner, recovered from the debris of the plane crash, provided Walls with the clue essential to learning his fate.
