Press Tour Whisks Author Across Midwest, to West Coast
Xulon author Bobby D. Hopper is counting his blessingsÑall six of them. The Win, Build, and Send author has quickly booked six speaking engagements and book signings, and he couldn't be happier about it. "Thank the Lord," says Hopper, "and I thank Him for Xulon Press as well!" Hopper will appear at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana; at Harmony Baptist Church in Greencastle; at the Barnes & Noble in Plainfield, Indiana; at Ruidoso Assembly of God in Ruidoso, New Mexico; at the Honey Creek Square Mall in Terra Haute, Indiana; and at the Worldwide Church of God in Terra Haute. Author Reads, Signs Books at Barnes & Noble
Wendy Lynn Decker, author of The Bedazzling Bowl, is taking the world of character Aly M. Bellisher to a whole new crowd. Following an excerpt reading from her children's novel, the author will sit for a book signing at Barnes & Noble in Howell, New Jersey. The book, which has already received several positive reviews, centers on Aly, who discovers her only Christian friend in public school has not returned after summer vacation. Faced with feeling "left behind," she becomes an outcast by befriending the new girl no one likes, is pressured by trying to memorize a Bible verse in less than a week, and tries not to embellish her description of the new teacher to unrecognizable proportions. |
