Positive Reader Response Generates Possible Airtime for Xulon Author
Susan Kaye Behm has cleared yet another hurdle in getting her book, The Journey: Beyond the Savage, on the publicity train. The author, who has promised to donate a portion of the proceeds from book sales to Ephesians Life Ministries, was recently contacted by an enthusiastic reader and abuse survivor who found her manuscript so inspiring she wanted to suggest it to Focus on the Family and Family Life. Says Behm, "They have a contact there and think my story would help a lot of people with their healing. We don't know if it will air or not, but just getting someone to make a contact [at Focus] might help the process." Getting a foot in the door is just what the ever-hopeful Behm desires, and her persistence thus far is paying off. |
