Author
Delilah Jackson shares her wisdom along with her tale of following God’s
leading one step at a time in Purpose Kept Me Alive ($13.49,
paperback, 9781545678251; $6.99, e-book, 9781545678268). She offers encouragement and advice to those
caught in “the land of in-between”.
Jackson
felt abandoned after God led her to walk away from the church that ordained her
into the ministry. Many of her former
friends gave her the cold shoulder, and she wasn’t entirely sure what the Lord
wanted her to do next.
“This
book was birthed through pain from my personal experience. It was through the
hardest time of my life that I truly understood what it meant to walk in faith,” said Jackson.
Delilah
Jackson is an ordained minister and mother of two daughters.
She was raised in Pascagoula, Mississippi
as the eldest of five children in a single-parent household. Jackson loves to read and write poetry, and
to explore open mic events.
