My Heart Is
Full! A Poetic Voice of Praise and Thanksgiving was written after author Beverly Riley Graves
reflected upon Psalm 41. In this chapter, King David speaks about the hatred of his enemies and
how they whispered and conspired against him and spoke evil of him to others.
As she was
contemplating David’s situation, she could relate to what he was going through
because of recent experiences in her own life. God delivered her from her
enemies, and He delivered in a mighty way! God is so wonderfully gracious and merciful;
her heart was made glad and she rejoiced in the Almighty God for His goodness.
