Author Johnnie O. Prophet reveals the true connection our Heavenly Father offers in Relationship to Fellowship ($13.49, paperback, 9781632218223; $6.99, e-book, 9781632218230).

Prophet noted the difference between a relationship and true fellowship while reflecting on the absence of his biological father in his life.  He often wondered how this man could have changed his life, had he been interested.  Finally, he discovered that his Heavenly Father offers a fellowship that goes beyond anything he had ever dreamed.

“I believe a man can make a child, and never be a father; likewise, a child can be born and never became a true son or daughter. To become such requires capturing and respecting each other’s hearts, hence ‘fellowship,’” said Prophet.

Johnnie O. Prophet served in the USAF for 22 years before he retired.  Since his call to the ministry in 1992, he has served faithfully as an usher, deacon, elder, associate pastor, and pastor, and currently serves as a presbytery member at House of Faith Church in Hudson, Florida.  He shares his life with Jerlyn, his wife of 40 years.
